There is a non refundable entry fee and there is a commission shared between Harvey Richards and West and Clive Emson on successful sale.

It is important when entering auction to agree on a realistic reserve price below which you will not allow the property to be sold. As there is a non refundable fee then naturally you want to maximise your opportunity to sell at that auction.
