Managing property

The first stage is to have your property valued for rental purposes, we offer this service free of charge. The next is to decide whether you would like the property managed whereby in summary all communication regarding the property and the tenant are conducted via our offices.

We advertise your property to let, accompany viewings to the property and then process applications including completing reference checks on the potential tenants. We prepare an inventory and an Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreement for an initial 6 month period, collect the deposit and rent in advance and ensure that those funds less our commission are transferred to your account. We then collect the rent on a regular basis and deal with any issues relating to late payment or property maintenance issues. We also inspect the property within the first month that the tenant has moved into the property and again 3 months later to ensure that the tenant is abiding by the terms of the lease.
